● Accounts payable management: posting of supplier invoices, organizing payment runs and dealing with supplier queries;● Posting bank transactions and preparing bank reconciliations;● Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;● Approving new projects in compliance with all internal and legal requirements;● Checking and posting employee expense claims;● Liaising with the sales teams on billing and create of sales invoices;● Maintenance of fixed asset registers;● Working closely with financial advisors in Brazil and globally, to ensure a timely and efficient accounting process;● Working together with the rest of the Finance Team (based in London) in the preparation of the month-end management accounts and ad hoc projects.

● Organization, planning and execution of the financial area activities, contemplating the responsibilities for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow;● Elaboration of management reports and analyses;● Accompaniment and Analysis of the key performance indicators (KPI), financial and operational.● Assistance in the elaboration of the annual budget and budgeted vs accomplished accompaniment, preparation of punctual analyses for the understanding of deviations, identifications of corrective actions and project review.● Accounting integration and review with a third party company;● Support in the elaboration of financial studies and presentations for the Board of Directors; ● Attending to internal and external auditing.

Responsible for the Accounting Outsourcing of 6 clients, including the main activities of the accounting routine, such as:● Classification, journal entry and conciliation of the financial accounts (assets and liabilities) ● Establishing results of the exercise, calculation of PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL and the credit analysis of these taxes;● Elaboration and analysis of financial statements;● Elaboration of management and financial reports, reporting to the foreign head office;● Preparation of compensation processes (Per/dcomp) and Redarf processes; ● Preparation and transmission of ancillary obligations (DCTF, SISCOSERV and DIRF).

Responsible for the financial outsourcing of 8 clients, including the main activities of the areas of Accounts Payable and Receivable, such as:● Guarantee that all payments are completed within the correct time frame.● Maintain contact with the client and the supplier, working both cooperatively and collaboratively in order to facilitate the process of receiving the payments to be completed. ● Elaboration of management reports such as Cash Flow, Cash Application, Cash Forecast, Aging List and Late Fee.● Management, control and analysis of received values and values to be received; ● Conference of processed payments in the main banking systems such as: Itaú, Bradesco, Citibank.● Apply payments and receipts within Oracle.● Bank Reconcilliation and Support to the accounting team.● Closing of exchange (Receiving and Payment)

● Control the issuing of invoices in order to guarantee their allocation into the customer’s system; ● Elaboration and analysis the Ar Aging report from the main customer of the company;● Telephone contact for the negotiation of Accounts to be Received, working directly with large customers;● Management, control and analysis of values both received and to be received.● Financial analysis of the client’s contract, including review of the net values with application of direct sales taxes (PIS/COFINS/ICMS/IPI/ICMS_ST/ISS).
