Engagement in bid preparation, multiple projects and workshops.Among main and recent projects, one highlight was creating a whole new set of impact dashboards for customer performance and engagement analysis, monitoring teams and individual learners in an educational platform for radiology, using Superset (defining rules, datasets, creating charts/dashboards, access management and SSO, etc).Another big highlight was a content detection analysis, from the outputs of our ML model used to detect inappropriate content in customer ads, where it is possible to identify and adjust the thresholds of the model, according to the provided metrics. This was basically done in Python and Tableau, using Naive Bayes classifier, ROC and Precision-Recall curves.

As Project Coordinator, I kept the assignments from the previous role as a Project Engineer, as below. However, managing projects in higher quantity, investment value and operational return to the company, as well as larger field teams.Among the main projects, I was the accountable person, directly or indirectly, for the installation of two on-site plants, for Nitrogen and Hydrogen generation, for the flat glass industry, as well as the construction of a new flat-bottom tank, 1350 m³ for cryogenic storage of liquid Nitrogen, in one of the company’s facilities. Such projects featured the development of foreign vendors, management of local and foreign multidisciplinary teams, management of scope, budget, schedule and interface with the customer, in the case of the on-site plants.

Accountable for the execution and control of projects assigned with the ultimate goal of achieving completion within approved budget and schedule, upon customers’ satisfaction, under proposed high levels of quality, safety and reliability.I have coordinated multidisciplinary resources for specification, design and field erection, licensing of new facilities, following international codes and standards.Also accountable for management reporting, monitoring and planning of all company’s projects with BDS and Accounting groups. As a multinational company, I have worked with specific teams worldwide, and co-responsible for developing new local suppliers to fabricate equipment and skids.I have also been trained, in England, in procedures and installation of automated cylinder filling plants, up to 300 bar pressure ratings.I had a leadership role in SAP R/3 deployment, from blueprints to go-live, including local infrastructure upgrades. I have later assumed the role of Power User in BW (Business Warehouse) and PS (Project Systems) modules, including support to MM, FI, CO and PM modules.I have been certificated as Yellow Belt in the Continuous Improvement area, having a leadership role in improvement projects, upgrades and retrofits, focusing in production increase, productivity and eliminating waste of time and costs.Among the main projects, I have been co-responsible for the installation of on-site projects, within Paper & Pulp, Steel, Glass and Electronics industries, as well as the installation of new cylinder filling plants. I have also supported several projects and tasks in major and general outages.As Project Leader, I was the accountable person for two fluorine plants (the last one in Zárate, Argentina, where I have been working for two months), as well as the implementation of several equipment and retrofits, leader of a General Outage in Guaíba ASU, installation of a new hydrostatic cylinder test facility, training of SAP and productivity tools.

As intern, I have been responsible for cost and schedule control, through MS Project, site assessments, creation of bills of materials, control of purchase orders, generation and storage of technical drawings, through AutoCAD and Microstation, revision of piping, process and instrumentation flow sheets, single-line and three-line diagrams. I have supported rigging operations and general outages, as well as small ERP modifications. Although an intern, I have been co-responsible for the change of office location and fully responsible for the implementation of small retrofit projects, as well as a new fluorine plant in Gravataí/RS.
