I was in charge of the followings tasks:- Production- and containerplanning- Inventory management- Proces management The processes I optimized were: creating a tool for quickly analizing inventory levels, serviceproces from being able to analyze and finding quality issues to speeding up the proces. Working on a plan for a new CRM & ERP system that follows.

- Researching effeciency in repairproces of mechanics - doing purchases for individuale stores and increasing inventory levels - Purchasing store supplies

Researching and writing thesis to find the needed requirements for a future logistical software.. The research included many interviews with stakeholders like Heijmans & Heembouw but also local goverments and companies providing supplies.
