Enterprise Architect
CurrentAs an Enterprise Architect at CDW I focus half of my time to pre-sales/sales and the other half to services delivery. I often sell CDW by selling myself for our enterprise engagements and move onto designing the projects for our delivery teams and document both the project plan, timeline as well as strategy for implementation that is then followed by our delivery teams. Team LeadershipI have been instrumental in the career development of many coworkers at CDW. Before becoming an Enterprise Architect, I worked as a Technical Lead for the Microsoft practice. My rapport at CDW is that of a leader and a go-to person for finding the right match for qualified engineers to staff project engagements.Project Management SupportI supports the project management team on all my engagements. With knowledge including dozens of workloads, I envision the big picture for the enterprise and fit all the pieces together into one cohesive solution.Sales SupportI work with the sales and pre-sales teams to help customer's understand "why CDW" and more specifically "Why Microsoft." Although some solutions are met by other solutions providers, my focus is primarily in the Microsoft space and I help customers realize the full potential of the Microsoft stack and increase productivity within their organization.
