Doubled the number of social benefits programs available on the findhelp.org website to over 600,000, enabling millions of seekers to access the help they needed.- Expanded Data Operations team from 15 to 45 employees. Created a management structure and promoted multiple team members to Team Lead roles.- Drove social services program strategy. Collaborated with Client Services, Sales, Research, and Community Engagement teams to balance the organic needs of those seeking help with the priorities of findhelp’s clients. Created a Data Research role to discover the most critical programs nationwide.- Established KPIs and goals around breadth, depth, quality, and speed for social services data. Reported out on progress during weekly product meetings.- Formed a Customer Support team and oversaw the implementation of Zendesk for managing support emails and chat. Created and maintained SLAs.- Worked with Product and Engineering to successfully launch Jira and Confluence.

Joined the Aggregation Operations team in 2010 as an individual contributor, moved into management, and ended my tenure as Director of the department. Helped Indeed grow from 35 to 12,000 employees and ~1MM to ~200MM users per month.Department Leadership- Developed and executed Indeed's job aggregation strategy. Collaborated with Client Services to ensure client jobs were aggregated correctly and appropriate for sponsorship. Worked with the International team to expand Indeed into over 60 international markets.- Oversaw technical implementation of over 50 large-scale ATS (applicant tracking system) integrations.- Grew Aggregation Operations from 5 to 60 internal employees across the US, Ireland, and Japan.Created new positions and sub-teams within the department, from entry-level analysts to highly technical specialists.- Developed employees into management or more technical individual contributor roles. Facilitated internal mobility for dozens of team members into QA, PM, PMO, Eng, and BI roles.- Negotiated and secured vendor contracts and managed over 40 additional team members at vendor companies across Asia and Latin America (~1.25MM annual budget).- Partnered with dedicated Product Managers and Engineers to build and improve internal tools for the team, including a UI that enabled job feeds to be created with html/css/regular expressions/python, an error detection and reporting tool, and a job discovery system that crawled the internet.Company Leadership- Created Indeed Engineering’s first set of performance review frameworks, interview procedures, career ladders, and promotion processes.- Interviewed Product Management, QA, Search Quality candidates.- Led performance review calibration for Engineering, Product, QA, PMO, IT, and Ops functions.- Relocated to Dublin, Ireland for 6 months to help establish Indeed's international headquarters.
