The Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) is a well-established charity that aims to increase social mobility across the UK. The Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) aims to make practical improvements in social mobility for young people from low-income backgrounds through our student support programme, the Social Mobility Employer Index, and our advocacy and campaigning arm, the Department for Opportunities (DO). Operating from 7 offices, the SMF provides practical support for over 6,000 young people every year.Having set up the SMF’s office and student support programme in Newcastle, I now work in the SMF’s London office. Managing some of SMF's key relationships, I work closely with HR and recruitment, D&I, and CSR teams to define priorities for their businesses and translate these into meaningful D&I strategies and initiatives. Coordinating the SMF's recruitment of employer partners across our 7 offices, I ensure account management resources, systems and skills are in place.Leading on the Social Mobility Employer Index, I am experienced in analysing diversity data, identifying issues, and monitoring the impact of D&I initiatives and policies. I have worked with more than 200 Index participants, making the Index the leading authority in employer-led social mobility.
