In addition to my financial duties, I was also responsible for human resources duties within the company including payroll, hiring / termination / disciplinary decisions, and employee benefits administration.I took a very hands on roll in company operations and spent as much time as possible interacting with our customers and assisting employees with their daily duties to maximize our customer service effectiveness.As a subsidiary of Ross Aviation, I was also a member of our corporate integration team, which managed the post-acquisition integration and consolidation of our operations and accounting systems for new business acquisitions. I worked on integrations for our Midland, Baton Rouge, and Bermuda locations.

During my time with JetDirect I developed and implemented FBO Standard Operating Procedures and managed quality control, safety, and training for the company's FBO and ground service locations. I was also tasked with oversight of the company's ground service operations and hangar facilities at our aircraft bases at KVNY, KSFO, KSTS, KAPC, KFXE, and KSDL and served as the General Manager for our FBO at KDVO.
