My role sees me dealing with many people from varying walks of life. I assist members of People's Choice Credit Union in areas such as super, investment, retirement planning, financial strategies and insurance. I am particularly passionate about making sure that people are adequately insured so that if they were to suffer from a serious accident or injury which prevented them from working, that they do not also suffer financially.

In my role as associate adviser, I work alongside the senior planner to assist with strategy and advice documentation. Being in a smaller firm, we will often all collaborate in order to achieve greater business goals.

As a financial planner, my role is to help customers uncover their financial needs and assist them with achieving their goals through holistic or scoped financial plans which address their specific requirements and objectives.

Assisted 2 senior financial planners with day-to-day running of their business including (but not limited to) financial modelling, report generation, customer relationship management, financial plan implementation and compliance management.

Computer hardware diagnostics & repair (printers, networks, desktops, servers), support for Microsoft products & industry specific software, customer relations and fault logging, preparation and installation of new hardware and software including the logistics of these installations, management of workflow and task prioritisation.
