- Developing greenfield projects for Toyota Group and others Japanese corporations in Europe- Reporting to the Project Manager and working collaboratively within a multidiscipline environment to drive progress to meet project deliverables.- Preparing design and construction documentation including scope of works, design criteria, specifications, bid preparation / tenders, commercial and technical tender evaluations and contract documentation machinery discipline.- Liaise with the client on commercial or contractual obligations; update project status and implement measures to ensure specific project targets are met.- Liaise with design engineers and sub / contractors to ensure projects are completed successfully within budget, time and quality parameters.- Review designs/data in Engineering team for manufacturing feasibility- Process paperwork to quote design change requests for all tooling, secondaries, fixtures for internal and supplier changes- Provide directions to tool supplier on tool and equipment build as per guidelines- Review math/drawing data in AutoCad/Inventor/CATIA to determine process issue or design issue.- Lead and perform root cause analysis on engineering, equipment and maintenance issues.- Perform Kaizens and projects to improve in plant equipment and processes and eliminate wastes- Perform equipment reliability analysis as per requirement.- Support plants on manufacturing, engineering, quality and maintenance issues in start up production - after Greenfield SOP- Project management and facilitation of advance and in plant projects- Supervision and coordination of equipment installation - MEP engineering- Coordinate w/Engineering on all documentation (BOM, PIP pages, etc.) and product/ process improvement change requests- Support new business quoting activity for data review, dimensional analysis, all engineering requirements

Main responsibilities:- Design of Seat Structures and Components- Design equipment in square engineering methodology of Lear Corp. - Create Component and Assembly drawings with GD&T techniques- Using Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM)- Digital MockUp Analysis- Responsible for background content, i.e. vehicle environment data.- Complete design requests within the planned hours- Assist creation of component/system DFMEA- Participation in VA/VE teams.

Main responsibilities:- Mechanical Design including modeling using SolidEdge and detailed design and production of drawings.- Liaising with the Technology and Manufacturing Departments to identify and solve manufacturing issues prior to production.- Design and development of a variety of close-transports equipment(cranes, below-the-hook equipment and hoist) products from initial concept through to final production.- Writing maintains instructions and user manuals- Occasional translate technical documentation and international standards (ASME, DNV GL and ISO)- Cooperating with clients and suppliers in technical side
