Project for: Atena Usługi Informatyczne i Finansowe S.A.Project description: Testing of Partenon WEB application.Partenon WEB based application which supporting service of insurance products through implementation and support of new insurance products, keeping records of insurance contracts, document handling, claims / benefits, sales network management, settlement commission, calculation of reserves, reinsurance services, insurance risk management, support for settlements with contractors. I carried out manual tests on the application prepared by the architect of the system, I created test scripts,I prepared and executed automatic tests,I recognized, analysed and I proposed the most efficient solution for the customer, written down in the dedicated program,I checked in automatic and manual tests if database does not contain mistakes,I looked through the history of the work on the product in the aim of actualizations repaired and unrepaired mistakes in the aim of the more efficient percent performance structure of the realization actions,I tried to suggest the best solutions for the customer (initiating analyse).

I accepted the notifications from national and foreign customers (average about 40 daily – by email and phone), relating to problems connected with the incorrect working of the product;I recognized, analysed and proposed the most efficient solution for the customer of the problem (removing the mistake by remote control with customer computer);I built long-lasting good reports with customers , thanks to quick and effective settling their notifications, what had reflection in the large number of personal praises sent by email and traditional post to the firm;I wrote down the history of notifications up to date and the way of the solution in the system of CRM, what improved the work of the whole team;I worked as the Consultant additionally / expert of the Technical Service Customer in the Project „E-experience in physics”, together with Gdansk University of Technology on the area of the whole Poland, within the of the project funded by UE. I gave the supports to users (administrators) and the recipient of this platform;I installed and led the technical service (in the co-operation the manufacturer from the Luxemburg) about 300 devices to investigations the method „Tomatis”, at specialist psychological information bureaus; I carried out the additional functional tests of programs from the series eduSensus on systems Windows, in the aim of elimination of potential mistakes. eduSensus won the series of prizes in the prestige - the Highest Quality International;I installed systems and the products of our firm on mobile Representatives Regional YDP computers;I installed the network version of the program eduSensus Mats World on servers and client computers by remote control.

I worked on the contract in shipyards in: Hamburg, Canaries Islands and Turku: I assembled and disassembled installations in cabins to electric and modernized and conserved existing electric installations on the ship;I installed satellite systems and navigation. I introduced the actualization of the whole system near first installation.
