I was responsible for the supervision of staff and inmates. I managed daily routines including the hiring of overtime as well as scheduling of staff. I managed crisis situations. I was also responsible for a specific group of Correctional Officers and completed all performance appraisals for that group on a yearly basis. I also delivered training, completed investigations and sat on hiring boards.
