This course centered on understanding the nature of the mind and cultivating awareness to train the mind in order to live an exuberant life as well as lead others. Mindful Leadership is based on a key area of wellbeing including mindfulness, and idea that compassion is essential in creating great leaders for both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.
