I'm a full-time, 40 hour emplyee given the responsibility of administering the public library, responsible to the Board of Trustees, has the responsibility for carrying out the policies and procedures set by the Board which I recommend and suggest they adopt. Prepare annual budget and expenditures of library funds, sees to the day-to-day operations of the library, selects materials for library collections, responsible for interviewing propective staff, hiring and of need, dismissal of staff, arranges staff scheduling and training, prepares annual State Aid Report for the State of Michigan, oversees maintenance of library building and grounds, attends Board of Trustees, City of New Baltimore, Suburban Library Cooperative, committee and community meetings, delegates staff to oversee Adult, YA, Children's services, processing, ordering, cataloging, programming, management and circulation of materials, public speaking, library instruction, works Circulation and Reference desks.

I taught 3rd, 6th, and 7th grades. I also ran the Media Center at Parker Elementary and at the Middle school.
