As the Front of House Lead I coordinated, lead and executed events ranging from 15 person luncheons to 150 person banquets. Additionally, I helped with back of house food prep and helped hand roll and package the Crimson Confection chocolates.I was on the Research and Menu Development team for the Atrium Cafe in Todd Hall, where we launched breakfast burritos, overnight oats, and revamped some of the lunch sandwiches and salad offerings. On the FOH end at the Atrium Cafe I worked as a cashier and a food and beverage float making the food and drinks.
