I curated the exhibition "Appropriation Art: Finding Meaning in Found-Image Collage" as an independent contractor before beginning my tenure as full-time Exhibitions Curator at The Bascom. The show presented contemporary, collage-based work utilizing appropriated images. Included were artists Radcliffe Bailey, Guerra de la Paz, Fatimah Tuggar, Aldwyth, Aaron Hequembourg, Jim Collins and Flora Rosefsky. I negotiated all loans from artists, collectors and museums; wrote wall text and press materials; organized the vernissage program and a family workshop, and led gallery talks for adults and children. The show was on display March through May, 2015.
