I teach Organizational Analysis and Skills, Strategic Management, Business and Its Environment, and Cross-Comparative Management. My role is to foster robust skill sets for managers in the areas of leadership, team development, change initiatives, analytical writing, and international management through the studies of academic cases and group projects.

As a certified postpartum doula through DONA, I provide a wide range of services to postpartum families through practical assistance and emotional support in the months following birth, nurturing a rewarding transition to the new family unit. I also offer resources and referrals to meet the needs of clients, making it easier for them to navigate the weeks and months following birth, as well as make ample space for bonding and recovery. The intention of my services, whether in home or virtual, is to provide the reassurance and hands on support that families deserve, while validating and encouraging their parental choices with trust and respect- and without judgement.

Advised three sections of graduate students each semester for Organizational Analysis and Skills course, including approximately ninety graduate students. Fostered students' lifelong team development skills in work environments by facilitating and mediating course-long, change initiative based team projects within prominent organizations in the community. Provided assistance to students regarding their analytical writing skills by pointing them to relevant information about academic support services available at the college, as well as offer my own private tutoring services. Convened and assisted professors of the course in grading assignments, distributing course materials, and any other required duties, while organizing events for the college and maintaining the college graduate website.

Provided weekly private tutoring services to international graduate students regarding essay and analytical writing skills, as well as computer and information systems. Aided students outside of the classroom to develop aptitude in subject matters in preparation for examinations and deliverables, while exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills with each individual.

Strengthened the company's competitive position in the market by creating and managing the implementation of seasonal programs and general procedures. Trained and mentored the staff to ensure seamless adoption of new product offerings through the applications of education, organization and cleanliness, and maintaining inventory. Worked directly with general management towards company goals for achieving profit gains, optimizing hospitality practices, and maximizing brand recognition and customer loyalty. Promoted and sustained an innovative, supportive work environment that encourages flexibility in order to implement positive changes within the restaurants and build rapport within the community.

Provided volunteer vocal services to accompany the Boston Symphony Orchestra at both Symphony Hall and in Tanglewood! Wore a plethora of black clothing and adorned necessary props, such as Santa hats, when called upon.
