• Executive Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice Presidents/Territory Managers• Composition/editing of letters, meeting minutes, memos, reports, procedures, etc., • Oversight and processing of day-to-day administrative items (i.e., expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, operating budgets, etc)• Coordination and supervision of clerical/secretarial support functions for office. Review performance/recommend wage increases; schedule and assign work, etc.• Organization and administration of construction litigation support office • Coordination of document scanning for use in electronic document discovery and production• Attorney and Litigation Expert Support in document, deposition, and presentation preparation• Oversight and planning of meetings, events, and training seminars• Management of office supply, mail, copy machine, and other vendors and costs.• Management of off-site document storage and costs• Management/maintenance of Personnel Files• Orientation of new employees, including review of policy, procedures and benefits, voice mail operation, LAN log-in procedures• Facilitator of company ethics training program for all territory personnel/managers• Address employee complaints, provide employee support in answering benefits-related questions
