I have provided Executive Administrative support to several Senior level executives, coordinated travel arrangements (domestic), handled correspondence, reports, file organization, presentation preparation, confidential files and issues, and maintained calendars, while managing office costs, equipment maintenance, training seminars, personnel/benefits issues, and all other aspects of managing an office, including heavy phone and switchboard work and distributing mail. Additional responsibilities included roll out and facilitation of a company ethics training program in order to clarify and ensure high standards among staff and management in all business dealings. My meeting coordination experience includes planning and over site of every detailed aspect of offsite meetings, luncheons, and company events. I have prepared expense reports, and overseen other administrative assistants within the office to ensure completion of critical functions. Moreover, I have collaborated on and assisted with proposal development, writing and production to support marketing and business development, using a mix of creativity of design and presentation of facts in order to best convey the experience and services available. I am proficient In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), and am fluent on both Mac and PC platforms. While I've spent much time in the construction industry, clearly my skills are broad based and translate well into almost any field.
