MicroEstimating's founder, Henry Tooryani, is a construction and construction management professional with more than 30 years of experience encompassing planning, design, construction and design–build. His expertise is in preconstruction and construction management services, and he remains directly involved with all aspects of operations. Henry’s range of completed projects encompasses major civil engineering projects as well as complex building construction, research laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, commercial facilities, residential complexes, transportation/aviation facilities, and major public and civic facilities. Client projects include major infrastructure, roads, bridges, new building construction, seismic upgrades, and historic renovations. While Henry has worked for some of the most respected large construction and construction management firms, he started his own consulting practice to emphasize construction management services, and to ensure that the services provided always exceed his clients expectations.
