Margaret is a seasoned marketing communications professional. Currently heading group Corporate Communications team in SMRT Corporation Ltd, she also assumes the role of its Chief Reputation officer. Since June 2023, Margaret is also the Chairperson of the UITP Marketing Committee, and a Board Member of the UITP Policy Board. Prior to SMRT, Margaret has 20 years of tourism and hospitality experience in the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Her tenure in STB covered direct hands-on experience in a range of portfolios including the Integrated Resorts (IRs), cruise development and marketing, hospitality investment marketing, tourism business development, product development and leisure marketing cum communications.
