The discourse on the future of global capitalism is becoming mainstream. Business as usual is no longer an option. My work combines the appetite of philanthropy to take risks, with the search for changes in public policies, power dynamics and mindsets towards an economic system that respects and value people and the environment. In the course of 15 years of experience as a manager in sustainability and private philanthropy, I have established experience in the development and management of programmes and partnerships, covering 18 projects, more than 30 partner organisations, totaling approximately R$ 40 million in grantmaking and more than 5,000 benefited families.I believe in the potential of collaborative initiatives aimed at systemic transformation, especially collective advocacy actions, multistakeholder initiatives and strengthening of CSOs, movements, coalitions and networks. These strategies have been at the heart of my work these past few years at corporate institute and international foundations.Through my trajectory developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans, generating connections, designing innovative partnerships, strengthening institutions in several areas, I have gained a rich learning in the following themes:• Rural community development, territorial development, agroecology, family farming, cotton production chain;• Circular Economy, acceleration programmes and investment in impact businesses;• Labor Rights, companies and human rights, socio-environmental rights, social protection for workers;• Regulatory and transparency mechanisms to hold companies accountable;• Inequalities, social, racial and gender justice.Happy and available to connect and reconnect here.
