Completed 15-month program of intensive leadership training as an Aspiring Principal with the NYC Leadership Academy. Successfully opened Manhattan Theatre Lab with 100 at-risk students from Harlem. Achieved an 86% course pass rate, 87% attendance rate and a positive growth rate on ELA and Math achievement tests in the first year.
