Windham Northeast Supervisory Union

Windham Northeast Supervisory Union (WNESU) is the administrative, planning, and educational service unit for four School Districts in Southern Vermont. This includes: Rockingham School District Westminster School District Bellows Falls Union High School District Athens-Grafton/Windham Northeast Union Elementary School District. Our School Districts have governing boards comprised of publicly elected officials who serve a minimum term. Our Supervisory Union Board is comprised of members from each School District board. Rockingham School District includes the Town of Rockingham. Athens-Grafton/Windham Northeast Union Elementary School District (WNUESD) includes the Towns of Athens and Grafton. Bellows Falls Union High School District is a union of all our school districts and their respective towns. Westminster School Board includes the Town of Westminster.
