Teaching a man how to fish is the best thing i can do for myself, Because as a leader its not what you did will be important or what you achieved, instead its about how you empower the other who needs to be improved and how you push them to be more effective and productive to there skills. I experienced negativity before but that only makes me stronger and more passionate to go through more techniques and gain more knowledge to people how knows more. Some people being mean to make there constituent more effective but i say your just ruining the relationship between them and to the company let them feel cared so that they will take good care for it too and do the best that they can, i m hoping for my team to read this even i already keep saying this in meeting and orientation i still want them to read this for them to understand how mentor wants them to be the best among the rest.
