Worked with WBIE sales staff to establish & maintain consistent reporting of individual store sales, inventory and trends. Provided analysis of WMT sales, prepared product orders and monitored in-store inventory.

Monitored WMT store level inventory; prepared and submitted orders to WMT for new and modular items. Worked with VP Sales in gathering PO's, advertising/POP, customer forecasts and coordinated shipment of orders, payment of ad expense, etc. Worked with VP Marketing in creating and reviewing press releases, product artwork, point-of-purchase materials for retail. Managed letters of credit and coordinated shipment of goods from manufacturer to international distributors.
