  Receive documentation for medical chart, review for completion and legibility-chart/file documents. Update outlook calendar as needed(routine appointments, annual checks, follow up appts as needed)Monitor completion of appointments,including f/u's ensure documentation is submitted/received) medical visit forms, missed appointments forms etc.) Assist supervisors with resolving concerns with documentation. Attend appointments with or in place of regular staff. Schedule appointments as needed. Communicate with physicians,(PCP's) clients, supplies staff supervisors, and family members as needed to ensure that all documentation is updated, accurate and that all clients needs are being met. Also ensure that new prescriptions (copies) are received, filled appropriately/timely and recorded on MAR including orders to discontinue medications. Oversee the all 12 sites to insure that actuated food is provided for all consumers base on their required diet.
