I work directly with the Brand Manager to increase brand awareness and elevate store atmosphere through styling and merchandising the space. My responsibilities include daily focus on driving sales, specially tailored customer service excellence, both in store and online, inventory, loss prevention, and special event planning.

I had a wide variety of duties including market research, social media marketing, event contract editing, and compilation of a various informative power point presentations for existing and potential clients. My main focus became locating and defining a major malfunction with the business’ address book, then fixing the underlying problem while updating and streamlining the data entry system and process.

My main responsibilities were setting and making daily sales goals, maintaining the store, customer service in store and online, personal styling, merchandising, and training new employees. I was also able to plan personal shopping parties for valued repeat customers.
