- Assist multiple lead teachers to create a productive, safe and educational classroom environment- Assist in delivering daily lesson plans and help students understand and practice the concepts- Help lead teacher create and implement strategies for classroom management- Proficiently lead the class during times the lead teacher was out of the room or absent for the day- Keep students on task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies- Assist lead teacher in administering benchmark and module assessments of students- Research and present materials to the class to help reinforce the course materials
