As part of the maintenance department, I am responsible for the up-keep, upgrades, and maintenance for eight low-income housing complexes which total well over 500 individual apartments.

As the director of the BYLA boys select program I am responsible for many things. Some of these duties include scheduling game and practice locations, opponents and times. I also am responsible for developing and creating practice plans for each of the select team, based on the teams skill level, while also communicating and coordinating with their coaching staffs to ensure the staff and the players understanding and to assure everyone remains on the same page.
