I am an experienced network and systems engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I possess SonicWall and Microsoft certifications, and over 20 years of relevant work experience.I started my IT career as an NT 4 administrator. I learned on the job and as time progressed I evolved and acquired an ever-growing skill set. In addition to my network and systems engineering experience, I possess NOC, datacenter and desktop support experience.I have been a point of escalation throughout most of my career, providing outstanding support in person and remotely. I have worked on a multitude of network and system technologies, willing to learn and add to my knowledge whenever possible. I can do anything from clean a Trojan from a PC to troubleshoot complex firewall rules.Currently, I primarily work on Microsoft networks, with extensive Active Directory knowledge. I am experienced with email applications and filtering with a background in MXLogic and Mimecast. I also work with firewalls and web filtering. If it’s on a network, I probably work on it.My current role requires me to multitask and think on my feet. I support multiple customers on varying platforms with a wide assortment of applications. If I do not know something I must figure it out, even if I am standing in front of a customer. Troubleshooting is my strong point.Additionally, I write documentation for colleagues and customers.I am also an excellent Googler.
