Vaibe is a B2B Körber venture, focused on on enhancing employee engagement through gamification and reward systems. As a Product Designer at Vaibe, my role is to transform user needs into exceptional experiences. I'm always looking to competitors and trends, collaborating with internal stakeholders, creating wireframes and prototypes to develop user interactions, conducting usability tests, and maintaining our design system. My close collaboration with the engineering team aims for precise design implementation. The outcome is engaging, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, always prioritizing the user experience.

Linte is a law tech that sells a SaaS/B2B product, Linte Hub, a desktop application for Contract Lifecycle Management. As a Mid Product Designer, I could lead initiatives with the team, with a focus on business and product outcomes and company OKRs, working with Basecamp Shape Up methodology and Continuous Discovery frameworks to reach product market fit. My main activities were:- Interact with stakeholders, understand their needs, generate insights, discover opportunities and validate hypotheses;- User’s journey mapping;- Structure and facilitate workshops and design sprints;- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes from low to high fidelity;- Create components and keep the design system up to date;- Conduct interviews with users, heuristic evaluation, usability tests, qualitative and quantitative research, as well as experiments to test business ideas;- Document the entire design and research process;- Design high-fidelity interfaces and their components;- Make a detailed handoff to the engineering team;- Define and monitor metrics, analyze usage data, and propose iteration according to several frameworks, including the H.E.A.R.T framework.

Linte is a law tech that sells a SaaS/B2B product, Linte Hub, a desktop application for Contract Lifecycle Management. As a Junior Product Designer, I've worked with the team to improve the user experience when dealing with contracts, e-signature, team communication, and much more. My main activities were:- Participate in discovery and research activities: benchmarks, interviews, usability tests, dynamics, and design sprints;- Create user flows, wireframes, and navigable prototypes;- Development interaction flows and interfaces;- Create a design system with the design team and front-end developers and keep it up to date;- Participate in the prioritization of features and definition of roadmaps.

The Minas Gerais Court of Justice has digital initiatives, and thus I was able to contribute to the growth of this culture, sometimes conservative and with many rules but subject to evolution. I worked most of the time with UI Design but used UX resources whenever I could.My main activities were:- Create landing pages from concept to delivery: gather and map content, develop the information architecture, wireframes in low and high fidelity, interactive prototypes, interface (UI), and handoff in HTML + CSS to the engineering team;- Create social media layouts and newsletters (HTML);- Analyze the institution's website and propose usability and interface improvements.

SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) is a teaching institution, very important in Brazil. In this company, I had the opportunity to question the way of working and contribute to the evolution of the design culture, leading to an environment permeated with rules and bureaucracy, new methodologies, techniques and an empathetic look at students and future students.My main activities were:- Conduct value proposition, branding, and personas studies;- Facilitate Design Thinking sessions;- Create digital communication, such as newsletters, banners, and layouts for social media;- Work with the social media team to develop content marketing strategies and layouts;- Analyze the institution’s primary website interface (heuristic evaluation) and propose improvements;- Develop concepts and campaigns for external and internal communication;- Accompany photographic productions for advertising campaigns;- Develop corporate identity items, such as stationery and signage;- Layout magazines, periodicals, reports, and other editorial materials for classes.
