I am currently the manager at blend66 cafe which is a well established cafe in the heart of Sydney CBD. It is also the head branch servicing our two other cafe's in the inner west and city south.I first joined this cafe over 14 years ago starting as a causal counter hand. I have also been through three changes of ownership and worked through the challenges that come with new ownership and styles.The most enjoyable part of my time here are serving the customers and the relationships built with clients. I have gained a wealth of experience and feel I understand of all aspects of the cafe industry.
