Received and made outbound calls to customers who had defaulted on auto loans and attempt to resolve for the lender, which included getting location of the customers vehicle that was out for repossession so we could send our repo agent to secure unit, or attempt to get customer to pay account current to stop repossession efforts. We had to adhere to daily compliance deadlines and resolve accounts in a timely manner. We used the phone as our main source of attempting to locate the customer and use of various search tools/sites. We also had to communicate on a daily basis with our clients/lenders at a professional level.
