Supported the migration from EMC eRoom and SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 as the enterprise collaboration tool. Developed business process; identified eRoom content owners; and coordinated execution of processes, involving 629 eRooms, and 29 SharePoint 2007 site collections. Provided Tier II application and business support, providing prompt solutions to users experiencing technical and process issues, and serving as a liaison with the Tier I support team overseas and the software development teams. Administered user training for SharePoint and proprietary publishing applications. Wrote user manuals and conducted training sessions virtually and in a classroom environment.
