As an onboarding specialist, I am responsible for coordinating client implementation requests in a timely and efficient manner whether it be new, change or removal requests. I function as a primary liaison between the client and internal operations, technical and other areas throughout the implementation process.

As a BOP I perform various operational, compliance, and audit functions for 10 branches within the region. My duties are to maintain integrity by providing operational knowledge, sound judgment, training, and support to internal and sometimes external clients as well as ensuring adherence to and execution of corporate, regulatory, and audit guidelines. I provide guidance, coaching and necessary approvals within my authority. I promote and uphold the quality, security, safety, and soundness standards by maintaining awareness and supporting consistent security practices. I help coach and mentor new BOP’s as well as provide ongoing coaching and development to the teammates within the branches I serve. I provide training of enablement sessions or ops topics in person or via WEBEX. I support the branches by giving feedback and guidance with regards to their risk scorecard. I provide additional coaching and assistance in areas that need boosting in order to increase scorecard results.
