The position of project leader also involved analyzing clinic workflows in order to determine how best to integrate scribe services and increase general efficiency of the clinic overall. After concluding implementation of a brand new scribe program, I continued to remotely oversee the chief scribe (local manager). Together, we worked as a team to ensure quality and stability of scribe services for clients. As a project leader, I was also responsible for sending out monthly reports to clients as well as completing Return on Investment data analyses of the scribe programs that I implemented.
