Managed contract deliverables implementation and federal service delivery compliance standards in support of the Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (BH-ASO) for the Pierce County Washington Region.• Orchestrated the strategic delivery of SAMHSA block grant program requirements, engaging with 25+ provider service providers and regional health systems to enhance mental health and substance use service outcomes.• Directed advisory groups and engaged with 5 Managed Care Organizations and community stakeholders, driving the development of six essential programs for publicly funded behavioral health services in Washington state.• Collected and analyzed data to assess resources, create service maps and guides, and Standard Operation Procedures to better meet customer and vendor expectations, increase efficiency, decrease service delays, reduce operating costs, and increase collaborative community participation.• Facilitated resolution of provider issues and enhanced service response for vulnerable community members by participating in County and State Steering Committees in the areas of Criminal Justice, Youth Mental Health and Substance Services, and Involuntary Commitment Designated and Crisis Co-Responder supports resulting in a 25% increase in service efficiency and response time.• Disseminated regional public education efforts about the Children's Long Term Inpatient Program and facilitated consumer feedback from regional stakeholders for legislative change.
