I have a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and am dedicated to operational excellence and continual quality improvement and client satisfaction.My role at DAX has helped to shape the future of healthcare documentation, creating new tools to help clinicians focus on their patients instead of their computers. During my time with DAX, my responsibilities have included scribing comprehensive notes based on recorded clinic visits, helping to train custom AI drafts for each client, editing draft notes that are generated by the AI engine, performing quality reviews and spot checks, transferring completed documentation into the EHR, and coaching scribes (Quality Documentation Specialists) as they develop their documentation skills and learn to navigate health records. As part of our customer-facing team, I collaborate with our Operations Managers to troubleshoot quality concerns for our clients. My certification in Lean Six Sigma Foundations bolsters our team’s efforts to refine documentation processes, making a tangible impact on the healthcare industry. In a preliminary survey, 96% of physicians found our product easy to use, and 78% reported that it expedited clinical notetaking.I've always gravitated towards leadership roles, including community message board administration. This allowed me to gain experience with community building, conflict moderation, and various admin tools within Invision Power Boards, InvisionFree boards, and ProBoards. I have also worked with the beta-test group at Gaia Online, testing games and site events before go-live and reporting to the developer team with steps for replicating the bugs.
