I graduated from Indiana University with a focus in nonprofit organizational management and human resource management. I have spent much of the last several years immersed in the nonprofit space. At Alpha Gamma Delta, I work with our alumnae members to engage them, supervise them in a volunteer capacity, and continue giving them the meaningful experience that they had in college. From a strictly business perspective, our alumnae members have the ability to contribute a lot to our overall generated revenue. Aside from that, I just thoroughly enjoy working with people. I would say much of my skill set has been in the interpersonal relationship/volunteer management arena. I have been told by leadership in our organization that I am a team member that is known to be able to do just about anything, so in my various roles at Alpha Gam, I have touched almost every aspect of the business. I currently serve as part of our communications and marketing team. We have one of the largest communications teams out of our fraternal peers. It has put me in an excellent spot to learn marketing strategies from others on my team and start to hone those skills. Long-term, I see myself staying in the marketing arena, hopefully continuing to serve charitable causes that fill my bucket.
