* Delivering comprehensive support to clients, addressing complex inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.* Assisting Bankers with daily operations, including documentation for account openings and closings, and loan disbursements.* Coordinating client and prospect meetings, overseeing pre-call planning, documenting post-meeting notes, and maintaining accurate call records.* Aiding in profiling and qualifying prospects, converting them into Citi Private Bank clients.* Collaborating with Bankers to enhance existing client relationships through detailed analysis.* Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies aimed at revenue growth and acquisition of new clients, with a focus on investments.* Conducting research to identify new client prospects, generated leads, and facilitated networking opportunities for referrals, as well as coordinated client events.* Providing timely and precise revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and other critical information to the Banker.* Ensuring compliance with KYC/AML documentation, maintaining thorough and updated client records.* Evaluating risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm’s reputation and ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies while applying sound ethical judgment.
