Working with GIT and CI-CD.Running Elasticsearch API requests.Analyzing errors using Kibana logs.

Website testing.Working with development team to create test plans for enhancements and fixes on applications. Working as a part of team to perform manual functional and regression testing. Participating in designing UX interfaces for clients.

Functional testing.Teaching clients how to work with the software. Assisting users by phone with hardware and software-related concerns. Solving database (MSSQL) problems without escalation.
