Facilitate the reunification process by conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, referrals, and case management services;Complete and document all required reports, case notes, and case contacts in appropriate database in accordance with the expected timeframes and requirements;Provide psychoeducational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families, when needed;Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management services, as needed;
