The 1WS ICT shared services were delivered to approximately 5,400 Queensland government employees from 21 agencies including Ministers and Director Generals. Once CITEC services were implemented in February 2016 I was asked to stay on the project and assigned to DSITI to assist the 1WS ICT Program to complete the implementation of the ICT Integrator’s Shared ICT Services. Duties included (but not limited to) the running of the ICT Integrator Risk Management, contribution to the 1WS Operational Risk Register, Implementation and testing of TIPT telephones to all bookable rooms in 1WS, Integration and testing of Queensland Government Agency Help Desks with ICT Integrator Help Desk.I managed/undertook testing of the ICT Shared Services with staff of all levels from Queensland Government Agencies at 1WS, assistance in the production of approval and completion certificates for Queensland Government Agencies at the completion of each test phase. I lead and managed the implementation of Automatic Ticket Exchange between the ICT Integrator and the 21 agencies going into 1WS. This included consultation, negotiation and influence of a broad cross-section of shareholders from Agency CIOs to Agency ICT technical leads and the ICT Integrator to achieve the desired outcome.
