Conduct User Acceptance Testing. Develop and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.• Ensure that deadlines are met for feature releases.• Managing the release scope and date, communicating progress, and managing the stakeholders.• Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver services such as business intelligence dashboards and visualizations using software tools such as Power BI • Deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application as an IT service management system.
