A new program which concerns data quality of current ad accounts within the business, and all over the world. My main responsibility is fixing Data Quality for organisations that run ads on the platform. This job includes different tasks including, but not limited to: - Inputting new data onto the platform following precise guidelines in order to correct outdated info; - Conduct individual searches on organisations/businesses profiles; - Submitting data change requests via internal platform and following a training workflow; - Working as a Liaison between the team and external departments (Training and Quality), thus providing all assistance needed for normalisation of information. I participated in 3 editions for the Intercultural Communication Program in Tokyo and in Yokohama in which I would take part in conversation with Japanese High School students to help them develop their skills in conversational english.
