Manages the HR functions for the ECONET Group of Companies, working with senior leadership to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the organization, providing shared HR Services to operating companies and oversees programs which include talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession plans, training and development, and total rewards including compensation, benefits, employee wellness, employee recognition and more. Responds to escalated HR or personnel issues and ensures the organization is in compliance with all regulatory requirements within the HR function. Responsible for leading the work of the HR team. This position is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the team and other resources within a business unit.

The Econet Accounting Manager oversees all phases of the accounting process, thru the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements, including providing financial analyses & recommendations. Reviews standard and specialized financial reports of Econet and All Affiliate companies in the US (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, month-end closing reports) according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) other regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures & standards. Assists the organization in achieving operating profit and adhering to accurate and effective accounting and financial reporting policies and practicesOther duties include establishing annual budgets based on the company’s goal and plans, both short-term and strategic long-term; managing all accounting teams of Econet and Affiliates; and working closely with the management team regarding all financial matters driven by business activities. In addition, the position focuses on reviewing and analyzing company finances and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Prepares Balance Sheets Reconciling current month GL data, verify posted GL entries and balances. Maintain and evaluate product sales reports, cash management and departmental expenditures.- Prepares Profit and Loss Statements Analyze recorded revenue versus expense and calculate P&L over extended time frames with reference on notable issues of income or excessive expenditure. - Report Organization finances to Management. Compile reports monthly, quarterly, yearly and on demand for any aspect of financial information needed for Internal Management and/or for designated Internal or External Auditors.- Work with Auditors for IPO Strategic Infrastructure.Compile backup for PBC required data for Auditors with emphasis on detailing backup. Work with the Auditors to answer any questions and make any corrections as required
