I lead the Talent department creation from scratch, reporting directly to the COO, including:• 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀: Aligning Rand's vision and culture across the organization in collaboration with C-levels.• 𝗜𝗧 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Building and executing from scratch Rand's hiring process, focusing on IT Talent (developers, product, digital marketing, ops, legal & finance). Headcount from 10 to 22 within a year. • 𝗢𝗻/𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Designing the onboarding and offboarding processes from the ground up to ensure an optimal employee experience at Rand.• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Leading initiatives to assess satisfaction, gather team feedback, and support individual development, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team dynamics at Rand. • 𝗛𝗥 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻: Controlling HR costs and addressing key HR Admin Issues (tax, payroll, legal).• 𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗽𝘀: Set up efficient internal communication channels within a remote working environment to promote transparency and connection through the team. • 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Organizing both online and in-person team-building activities, fostering cohesion and connection within the team.

HR Business Partner of +150 employees from a Data Science department in Accenture:• Recruitment, management, and follow-up of trainees specialized in mathematics, physics, engineering, and computer engineering disciplines. • Leading impactful employer branding initiatives within universities to elevate talent attraction for Accenture.• Collaboration with the executive team to match people with projects based on their skills and motivation. • Improvement and implementation of onboarding processes to create a welcoming atmosphere within the department. • Advising employees according to their professional profile to find the perfect fit for them. • Weekly sessions with the executive team to formulate and refine Human Resources policies. • Implementation of key KPIs to identify needs and establish process improvements. • Identification of training needs and overseeing the development of training programs.
