As TE, I currently work with several clients of different sizes and multiple testing needs. The tasks vary a lot depending on the project, but always involve communication with different customers liasons to review testing needs, current projects, or plan for future testing.• Creation and maintenance, as well as tracking, of projects on the Applause platform (Testing). Defining testing scope, instructions for testers and Team leaders, expenses and creating or helping improve test cases. Support Test Team Leaders in each project, assisting them in their team management tasks and work with the Test Architect and the Solution Delivery manager, to solve the planning of complex projects.

Experienced in short-term fast-turnaround projects testing web sites and software. Projects normally involve testing specific hardware (PC or mobile) and software (browser or OS) configurations.

As TE, it has been my job to oversee the Test Team Leaders (TTLs) in each project, assisting them in their team management tasks, while being attentive to their compliance with the cycle’s goals, as well as being the next escalation point upon a blocker issue. We also participate as their mentors when faced with general doubts.Another aspect of the job is working alongside the Test Architect and the Solution Delivery manager, to help with planning complex projects.

Taking care of projects' scopes and instructions as well as tester queries. Overview of the PM and/or Customer specific needs. Review and approve testers' work such as issue reports, test cases and user reviews. Report creation and delivery of reports at test runs closing.

Testing functionalities and reviewing the translation of apps and websites.
