Senior Product Manager, Neuroscience
CurrentReporting to BU Head, Immunology and Neuroscience• Leading the full cycle go-to-market launch of Novartis TOP-3 priority product for Multiple Sclerosis.• Market potential and marketplace evaluation, strategical business case submission to the regional headquarter.• Business insights and market research’s intelligence.• Cross-functional leadership for commercial launch in Russia, pricing and commercial policy lay-out. • Discovering specific medical niche for the regional budgeting commercial realization together with medical department. • Crisis management in the new geopolitical situation: successful non-promo medical launches for the brand specific thematic (Moscow & St. Peterburg events for 50 people), sales scenarios in the fast-changing environment working out.• Patient awareness (International MS day in the regions), support access (cost-sharing, samples etc.) and digital programs (HCP web page, e-mailing campaign etc.) realization.• Adaptation and local creation of promotional sales materials (Ipad Veeva e-detailer, non-promo image and visualization creation, print promo materials).• Federal events organization (exhibition stand and material, brand symposiums etc.).• Non-promo PR campaign leader (brand related articles, video interview in the Tier-1 mass media with federal opinion leaders).• P&L supervising and full financial cycle of planning and forecasting, responsible for the marketing budget and initiatives ROI.• Supply chain forecasting: sell-in and sell-out planning.• Close collaboration to sales and market access team. Business process optimization and simplification.• Engineering patient organization partnership programs (digital projects, conferences participation)• Indirect people management and talent growth of junior marketing specialist.
