Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: Toaccurately and efficiently validate and process accessorial authorization charges and upload web entries in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.Contact customers based on contractual requirements regarding accessorial charges in a timely manner; collect data such as authorization information to ensure billable charges are collectible. Input accessorial or other charges on customer websites as required and within time guidelines. Follow up on and fulfill customer requests to obtain proof of delivery or bills of lading and resend invoices as requested. Process accessorial events through the queue to ensure correct billing practices in a timely manner in accordance with customer requirements. Verify shipper billing profile to validate accurate customer information. If correction is needed, follow up with Account Receivable Analyst, the billing department and/or leadership to update. Research and resolve accessorial concerns within billing standards according to customer requirements. Research and process customer overcharge claims, continuously working to improve processes through quality and technology. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management; work on projects or research as requested by management.
