• Perform data entry functions to ensure the accuracy of information maintained on Asite, Oracle Primavera P6, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other software systems. • Enhance communication with users to optimize end-user support and troubleshooting assistance; demonstrate knowledge and experience to build a trustworthy environment. • Administer user access for 1500+ projects on Asite, fix project workflow status, and modify 51,141+ files on Asite. • Assist the project management team with new contract projects and follow-up to amplify project productivity. • Involved in weekly meetings with the project management team and supervisor to analyze projects’ status and functionality on the software, taking the lead during meeting presentations to update the team with the most recent files uploaded to projects. • Collaborate with C&D Supervisors to complete tasks assigned by different teams within the department; volunteer to act and resolve end-user calls. • Allocate company selection for end-users in Power Apps and monitor every company entry before deployment. • Manage user access on P6 Oracle Cloud, handle Primavera Administration role to delete, edit, and create new user accounts. • Operate Power Automate to optimize workflows for Asite and SharePoint, and organize contract projects and workflows.
